The spiritual life (however we understand that term) refers to the fullness of our life, lived together – in community.
People of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs gather together on Zoom every Saturday morning between 08:30 – 09:30 UK time. Each session is free of charge and includes a short talk, some simple guidelines, 20 minutes of silent meditation and time for conversation.
A word from a new member: “I was feeling pretty alone and depleted before I arrived today. Being with others in this space means a great deal. I noticed the depth of compassion I felt for/with others in the ‘room’ after meditation had finished”.
Our purpose is to teach meditation as a way of liberation, wholeness and peace – so we can see clearly and act with compassion.
We often receive stories from people who report the practice is having a profound impact on their life and those they encounter, at home and work. This is why we are always so grateful for financial support that allows us to freely share the gift of meditation with others.
